VILLA DESCRIPTION

Walking in through the main entrance. The front door opens onto the spacious hall leading into the living room. This comfortable living area features a large open fireplace and dining-table. Adjacent an open-plan kitchen in Provencal style. From the living room and kitchen French doors open onto a large partly sheltered balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. On the same level we do have 2 bedrooms, of which one room has one double bed and the other has 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet and a separate guest toilet. A staircase from the entrance hall leads to the ground floor. There you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage. The 3 bedrooms open on a gallery from which you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, its terrace and the sea. A broad staircase in the garden leads down to the swimming pool with plage and pool house. From this point, an exquisite view of the shaded garden, with lovely trees and of the bay is offered.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Living room:

open fireplace, flatscreen, a satellite TV system, DVD/ video player, wireless internet access, sofa, a dining-table for 10 people, water cooler.

Kitchen:

dishwasher, refrigerator, double oven, micro-wave, Senseo coffee machine, electronic water cooker, gas-cooker with 5 gas burners.

Bedrooms:

boxspring beds with pocket mattresses; sizes of single bed are 90 x 200, double bed are 180 x 200. Beds are provided with cloth, pillows and eider-downs. All bedrooms have a wardrobe.

Garage:

washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing-board, extra refrigerator/ freezer.

Exterior:

Terraces and front garden are equipped with terrace furniture with the possibility to sit and eat, pool house with lounge tables and cushions, garden with ping-pong table, basket and hammock, parking is available on the grounds.

Swimming pool:

Salt water based, length 11.50, width 6.50, depth of 0.80 to 2.20 mtr., beach chairs and beds
